ARTICLE I THE ORGANIZATION

Section 1. The Organization shall be officially known as (S.G.B.I.) STONE GUARDIANS BROTHERHOOD INC.

Section 2. That the SGBI is a non-stock, non-profit and non-sectarian.


Section 3. That the acronyms STONE and GUARDIANS stands for:

In which when paraphrased would mean:

STONE – describes the traits of each member as: “Sincere, Thoughtful, Oriented, promotes
Nationalism and Equality” In Tagalog would mean as: “Matatapat, maalalahanin, maalam,
nagtataguyod ng pagmamahal sa lupang sinilangan at pagkapantay-pantay”

GUARDIANS - “Gentlemen and United Associates of the Filipino Race, Dauntless and
Ingenuous Advocators of the Nation and Society” In Tagalog shall mean as: “Mga maginoo at nagkakaisa, katuwang ng lahing pilipino, magigiting at maalam na taga-pagtanggol ng bansa at ng lipunan.”

Section 4. The principal office of the organization shall be at 27 Tuliao St. Fort Bonifacio Taguig City, Fourth District, NCR, Philippines, 1637

Section 5. The organization promotes the Motto:

”TOGETHER – BETTER & STRONGER”

Section 6. The Official SGBI Seal – Symbols’ definitions from its outer layer to its inner part

1. Fern green Circle Outer Layer – symbolizes environmental chord that encircles all the organizations’ members and activities towards a common purpose and goal.

2. Dark Blue Circle Center layer - represents the sky and sea which is often associated with depth and stability. It Surrounds and protects all the inner symbols. It also carries the color identification of the organization.

3. STONE – the word is an acronym which represents the basic main traits of each member to be observed at all times.

4. GUARDIANS- an acronym which served as the mainstream where the organization adopted its Constitution and By-Laws’ provisions.

5. BROTHERHOOD - Represents the purpose of the organization.

6. INCORPORATED – Incorporated, means that Organization is legally known and complied on the requirements upon its registration to the Security and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. It implies that the organization is

8. Sec. No. 201821966 – Registration No. issued by the Security and Exchange Commission

9. 2009 – Founding year of STONE Group

10. Philippine Flag – Philippine emblems that represents the Nationality of the Organization’s members. It is placed underneath the map which means that the organization internationally absorbs any Filipino citizen who is willing to be part of the group.

11. Middle East Map – Represents the formation ground of the Organization

12. Globe – symbolizes freedom of membership’s propagation worldwide.

Mission

To effectively develop and empower new GUARDIANS members towards a better, stronger and well-disciplined community Organization.

Vision

SGBI envisions to build a strong dynamic, vibrant and active organization that will promote and sustain a social, cultural, civic and spiritual environment amongst its members and maintain an atmosphere of supportive brotherhood, cooperation and harmony in their community. It also envisions the creation of various projects beneficial for the members and reach-out to less privileged places, communities and people in the Philippines through a charitable/humanitarian help and assistance.

PREAMBLE

We, the members of the SGBI (STONE GUARDIANS BROTHERHOOD INC), adjuring the benevolence of God Almighty for guidance and divine blessings, voluntarily bind ourselves together in the spirit of camaraderie, genuine friendship and mutual understanding. We promote the common good of all SGBI Members, render assistance and mutual support to them as well as for our country to secure the betterment for our future generations and ourselves. In concordance with our aim, we adopt this Constitution and By-Laws.
